Practice-based research – is it?
A Postgraduate training event is being planned for late November on
‘practice-based research’, with Patrick Keiller confirmed as one of
the speakers. This will bring together practitioners and supervisors
– as well as current students – to discuss how practice and research
can support each other, and how the outcomes measure up as ‘research’
in a dominantly academic-theoretical culture.
